When you browse the site, we automatically note your language and currency preferences so the site displays correctly on your next visit.

We do not collect payment card details, bank login credentials, or any other financial account information through this website. All payments are made directly by bank transfer to our official NMB or CRDB accounts, listed on our Bank Details page.

To respond to your enquiries about specific vehicles or general questions.

To create and manage your customer account, and show you your order and enquiry history.

To process a vehicle order you've requested and keep you updated on its shipping and clearance status.

To contact you by phone, email, or WhatsApp about an active enquiry or order. We do not use your details for unsolicited marketing.

This site uses a small number of essential cookies: one to keep you signed in to your account, and two to remember your preferred language and currency. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Account passwords are never stored in plain text; they're hashed before being saved. Access to customer, staff, and admin data is restricted by account role, and administrative actions are logged.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Your details are only used internally by Tanzanite staff to handle your enquiry, account, or order.

You can review and update your name, phone number, and WhatsApp number at any time from your account Profile page. To request a copy of your data, or to ask us to delete your account, contact us using the details below.

We may update this policy from time to time as the site grows. Significant changes will be reflected with a new "last updated" date at the top of this page.
